Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in the United States. Her most well-known role was in the role of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding supporting Performance on a a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock as well in The Practice. Anna Gunn began acting as an elementary school student in Sante Fe New Mexico. The family moved to Ohio and she continued her interest in the theatre. She attended the British American Drama Academy and was a theatre student through Northwestern University. Anna began her journey in Chicago, working in theatre role for several years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood, where she began her acting career in TV shows and films. Anna's first major character was Arden as she appeared in Down the Shore. She was in 29 episodes. Following her appearance as a Guest on several TV shows and Films, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 90's and was later cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. Skyler is Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully and Deadwood was another film she was a part of. Gunn took the stage for David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. She also had a role in the show Numbered Day, which is an audio-based podcast that consists of four audio plays. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The strains and eventual demise mirror the last few seasons that were the life of Walter White.
